Kentucky Adult Educators Literacy Institute
KAELI is a professional development initiative that provides a yearlong graduate/undergraduate course for selected adult educators in literacy. KAELI is a project of the Collaborative Center for Literacy Development (CCLD). Senate Bill 1 directed CCLD, in consultation with the Council for Postsecondary Education (CPE), to provide professional development and research for adult educators. This initiative is funded by the Kentucky Adult Education (KYAE), an operating unit of the Council on Postsecondary Education.
