Teaching Strategies for Adult English Language Learners provides adult education instructors with a collaborative forum to incorporate current research and promising practices into teaching for English Language Learners (ELLs). This course identifies and presents essential strategies that enhance and strengthen ELL classrooms and programs to better serve adult learners. Course participants explore instructional practices that support vibrant adult English language learning environments for effective language acquisition. They examine current research and methods through the lens of practical application. Participating in a Professional Learning Community (PLC) model, participants are empowered to share their outcomes with others.
